People of Soompi, how do I go about meeting women even though I'm very reserved.

I'm a 19 year old male who has never had a girlfriend before (high school was a bitch).The only things I dont care much for are places with too much debauchery or overly loud music. People with some semblance of intelligence are also a plus.
