I am a very lazy person. I would sleep all day if I could, but that isn't healthy. I don't really like run, and I do not own a treadmill (if I did, I'd be on it while watching tv ^^). So instead, I like to do squats in front of the tv or lunge in place until it hurts too much. I also like to dance to kpop songs.
So, what are some lazy exercises you guys recommend for lazy people? It would be nice if you guys post videos of exercises that idols do to stay fit and lose weight, and some exercises that are very easy to do that can help to lose weight!
I don't know there is already a thread on this already but hopefully this can be a good thread for lazy people. :)
