GOAL: 120 LBS AFTER 6 months
Hi everyone, so this year I have fully decided and committed myself to losing a lot of weight. I've always been contented with my weight for the past four years but looking through my highschool and gradeschool photos just makes me regret everything. I gained a lot of weight when I entered the university and now that I'm already working, I wanted to feel better about myself. I can't wear the clothes I would want to wear and well I want to gain more self confidence.
Moving on, I am going to be doing the 1200 calorie per day diet. I will be doing this every weekdays and will consider my weekends my cheat days. My work starts from 10AM to 7PM so I would dedicate an hour to the gym every after work, around 9-10PM.
Do you have any other ideas to make this 1200 calorie work better?
I will be posting my everyday meals here (from breakfast to dinner and in between snacks as well) for the next 6 months and hopefully, I get my desired weight end of 2014 :) Let's do this.
