Im eating the same as i always do and i used to be 5'2 and 100-105 pounds 3 months ago. However, i started rapidly gaining weight for no reason, even if i eat less/healthier/exercise :( i gained around 15 pounds and now im 114-118!
Is this normal?
Im in my freshman year of college (I'm 18) but like i said, i eat the same as i always did...is there something wrong with my body???
