Road to the Veggie Ulzzang: 85 KG to 47 KG

Hi, My name is Penny and this will be my Soompi Journal for my first resolution for this new year, 2014, and I'm starting this thread actually the very first day of 2014. My ultimate goal for this new year, along with too many others, is becoming the healthiest and fits as possible, as well becoming a little more feminine because well... I'm not too feminine as I should.

Since 6 year ago I have fought a lot of battles against my weight and my lifestyle. I have done a lot of achievements since then. I gave up all kind of sodas, I went from 85 KG to 51KG in 6 months difficult months, and lots of etc. Now since beginning of last year, for a ethical reason, I have become vegetarian, now trying to become fully vegan... but being vegetarian/vegan doesn't mean you will be skinny or fit all the time... that's when sedentarism plays its role.

I'm working since April 1st of 2013 in a Hospital in the IT department, and all I do about 9 hours is to being sit fighting battle against lots of codes and Java sentences, searching every 100 minutes all Korean gossips I can get on Soompi. Of course I have gained lots of weight, and being only 152 cm tall you can tell I'm chubby. Every time I came home from work.. .I just wanna eat and sleep, eat and sleep.

This are my stats:

Actual Height: 152 cm (5'0 approx)

Actual Known Weight : 60 KG (132.27 lbs)

Goal Weight for 2014: 47 KG (104 lbs)

I just don't want to lose weight, I want to finally get rid of the fat and get lots of muscles. I will start to training to one of my other 2014 goals (Running a half-marathon) and this are my future activities.

Activities: (Week Fitness Schedule Here)

* Jogging from work to home's closest training square: Around 2.3 km jogging

* Interval jogging and walking in training square: 40 minutes

* Localized exercises at home : 15 minutes

* Insanity! : From July 7th to September 7th

* P90x : From September 8th to December 5th

* Dance Dance Revolution on weekends before starting Insanity.

This will be my Weight In and Progress Picture day (Will link this dates when I reached them)

1st Weight In : February 15th

2nd Weight In: March 1st

3rd Weight In: March 15th

4th Weight In: March 29th

5th Weight In: April 12th

6th Weight In: April 26th

7th Weight In: May 10th

8th Weight In: May 24th

9th Weight In: June 14th

I'm also trying to become a Ulzzang, BUT, with the difference that I will try to archive it using natural products as possible, but this will be maybe another thread in the future :D

I'm updating the thread every time I can (Remember, I work and live, trying to work out and sleep well), and I will write all the progress here. Please, any question, or if you wanna to join me in this, write me! I'm pleased of helping you.
